Career Counseling Cell

A special Career Counseling Cell is working under the guidance of placement officer Dr. Dahale Sunil V. The students are exposed to various training programs like aptitude and personality development. Job opportunities for the students are made available by organizing campus interviews. Training and placement: -The placement activity is being handled by an independent officer on special duty. We coordinate the placement activities of the institute and also act as liaisons between the organization and the students to enable both to match each other's requirements. They are supported by student coordinators.

Activities for placement include correspondence with prospective employers with letters, e-mails, and phone calls, arranging pre-placement talks, personal campus interviews, and providing other facilities that may be required by the visiting organization. Efforts are also being made to organize courses to enhance the interview skills of students. At a time, when industry has shown reluctance to come the campus for logistic reasons, interviews are also been organized at efforts are being made to give students a chance to appear for interviews with multiple leading companies.

1) Help students create and put into practice effective job search techniques.
2) Collaborate with department heads, administrators, and faculty members to incorporate career planning into the academic program.
3) Give students the tools they need to make career-long decisions.
4) Offering tools and exercises to help with the career-planning process.
5) Serve as a liaison between alums, employers, and students.
6) Make the students aware of their options for future careers.
