Admission Rules

  1. Admission to all PG Courceses will be given strictly on merit basis and as per Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University,Nanded norms.
  2. Reserved of Seat for SSC/ST/VJ/NT and OBC student will be a per rules of Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded.
  3. A Student seeking admission to college shall present in person with an application in the prescribed form duly filled and signed by parents/ guardians.
  4. Once the student is admitted to the college shall be liable to pay full fees.
  5. Admission is Provisional until all the necessary original document are submit to the college.
  6. Document to be Submited at the time of admission.
    1. Transfer Certificate of last attended institute/ college along with two attested Xerox copies.
    2. Original Mark-Sheet of required qualification along with two attasted Xerox copies.
    3. Prescribed Fees in Form of Demand Draft/ Pay Order in favour of "Principal, MGM's College of Computer Science and I.T., Nanded".
    4. Migration certificate if belonging to other University/ Board.
    5. Caste validity and other necessary documents for reserve candidature.
    6. Two recent passport size photographs.
  7. Original documents will ve returned only after university eligibility process so candidate is advised to keep sufficient attested Xerox copies of the Original documents with him/ her for future use.
  8. Right of admission are reserved by the Principal.

College Rugulations and Discipline

  1. Wearing college uniform is compulsory.
  2. Attendance of every student for each subject should not be less than 80%.
  3. Every student must attend lectures, tutorials, class tests and practical as per Timetable. If attendance found unsatisfied the name will not be kept on the college roll.
  4. Conduct of Students in the classes as well as in the premises should cause no disturbance to fellow students or to other class.
  5. Ragging is strictly Prohibited, if any incidence of ragging comes to the notice of the authority, the concerned student will be given liberty to explain and if his / her explanation is not found satisfactory, the authority would expel him / her from the institution.
  6. Student are expected to take proper care of the college property and to help in keeping the premises neat and tidy. Causing damage to the property of college is a break of discipline and will be punished accordingly.
  7. Student not observing the rules of discripline given by the heads are liable to be rusticated.
